Path redirect

Path redirect is an easy choice when you use the Path module then rename a path. The Drupal core Path module changes oaths from the form node/583 to australia/cicada. You could then rename australia/cicada to cicada and use Path redirect to redirect visitors from australia/cicada to cicada.

Try the following examples. All the examples will open up the same page. All the pages will be in new windows so you do not lose this page.

You can download Path redirect from drupal.org/project/path_redirect. This site uses version 6.x-1.0-beta6, a 22.72 KB download from 2009-Dec-02, and there is a version in development for Drupal 7.
